Challenge coins typically range from 1 1/2 to 3 inches with 2 inches being the most popular.

There are many different options such as finish, 2D vs 3D, edge design, cutouts, numbering, etc....

You can create a custom design and have it made into an embroidered patch using multiple colors and different percentages of embroidery. The percentage is based on the percentage of the twill backing that is covered with stitching.

Patches can be produced in multiple sizes.

Will the patch be ironed on or sewn on?

Choose between solid, cinque, multi-stripe and 8 stripe

Choose between Brown, green, black, red, blue, yellow, gray, orange or purple

Choose any of the above colors or a custom logo printed on the chip.

You can create a custom design and have it made into a PVC patch/coaster

Patches can be produced in multiple sizes. Mold fee applies.

You can choose between a velcro or PVC backing.
